Get started with ConEquip SPS in four simple steps
Choose Format
Pick Flat (single sheet) or Relational (multi-sheet) based on your system.
Build Your Export
Download the template and populate with your inventory data.
Test Your File
Upload and validate your file to ensure it meets all requirements.
Automate
Set up daily automated uploads via email or SFTP.
Daily Submission Requirements
- Submit exactly ONE inventory file per day
- Each file must be a FULL daily snapshot
- Include ALL SKUs, for ALL conditions, from ALL locations
- Missing SKUs are treated as zero inventory
- Changes-only or delta files are NOT accepted
Two Template Formats
Flat Template
Single sheet, one row per SKU + condition + location. Best for simple workflows.
Relational Template
Multiple linked sheets with unique identifiers. Best for ERP/database exports.
