Daily Submission Requirements
- Submit exactly ONE inventory file per day
- Each file must be a FULL daily snapshot
- Include ALL SKUs, for ALL conditions, from ALL locations
- Missing SKUs are treated as zero inventory
- Changes-only or delta files are NOT accepted
How We Read Your Data
Column mapping
You label each of your columns once during setup — SKU here, price there — and SPS reads your source that way from then on. A ready-made sheet is also available to build an export from.
