SPS Overview

What is ConEquip SPS?

The Standardized Product Schema (SPS) is ConEquip's inventory data exchange system. As a vendor partner, you provide daily inventory snapshots in a structured format. ConEquip uses this data to:

  • Show and sell your products directly on our website
  • Provide visibility to our sales reps while building quotes in our CRM
  • Help our team identify which vendors can fulfill a customer need fastest and at the best value

Participation in this program gives our reps significantly more visibility into your product offering. Vendors who consistently provide structured daily data naturally appear more often as top fulfillment options inside our sales tools.

Does this replace DriverWeb?

No. This inventory upload process does not replace your existing DriverWeb or vendor portal integrations — they will continue working exactly as they do today.

SPS is a new, additional data channel. Using it can actually boost and enhance your DriverWeb results by giving our team richer, more up-to-date data about your inventory.

The Daily Snapshot Model

SPS uses a full daily snapshot model. Each day, you send one file that contains your entire current inventory — every SKU, every condition, every location.

Critical: Missing SKUs from a previous upload are treated as zero inventory. Changes-only or delta files are not accepted.

What You'll Need

  • 1 An SPS account (your ConEquip contact will send an invitation)
  • 2 Your inventory data in CSV or XLSX format using one of our two templates
  • 3 A way to generate and send that file daily (manual upload, SFTP, or email)
